Flex Breathing.

New in Breazee 1.3: Flex Breathing gives you full control over your breathing rhythm by letting you define your own phase lengths.

Instead of following a fixed protocol, you can create a pattern that matches your current goal, pace, and comfort level.

How Flex Breathing Works

Set custom durations for inhale, optional hold, exhale, and optional pause. Breazee then guides your exact sequence in a continuous loop.

Why Flex in Version 1.3

Flex Breathing expands Breazee beyond fixed breathing techniques and makes the app adaptable to more use cases, from gentle recovery sessions to focused performance routines.

Default Preset

The former Box+ breathing pattern (4-4-6-2) is preconfigured as the default preset in Flex Breathing.

Example Patterns

Calm focus: Inhale 4 seconds - Hold 2 seconds - Exhale 6 seconds - Pause 0 to 2 seconds.

Evening wind-down: Inhale 4 seconds - Hold 4 seconds - Exhale 8 seconds.
